Phil Jimenez reminisce on Superwoman run + Justice League deepdive Bruce is in love with Lois?
-With DC Comics Superwoman Rebirth title hitting its 5 year anniversary this year, creator/writer/artist Phil Jimenez went down memory lane of the hassles and hopes he had for the title.
-Phil was on the title for the first 8 issues before leaving due to creative reasons. He wanted the title to be an exploration of women, friendship, and allyship, and their intersections with race and class; sibling rivalry, stolen credit; and the cost of revenge; burgeoning LGBTQ love; panic and anxiety.
-Due to all of the events going on in DC and Superman, Superwoman was rendered as non-canon pretty quickly.
Gravesend Methodist Church Community Centre thanked in Parliament for work with homeless during Covid-19

A church has been recognised in Parliament for the work it has done to help the homeless during the pandemic.
Vicki Clarke, community centre manager at Gravesend Methodist Church, Gravesend, has offered support to more than 250 rough sleepers with her team at the Daytime Hub.

The hub, which runs from the community centre at the back of the church in Wilfred Road, offers food, water, clothing and showers to those in need.
While most support outlets closed last March due to growing concerns over the coronavirus, Vicki recruited a small team to keep theirs running.
